How The Supreme Court Works

The U.S. Supreme Court Located in Washington D.C.

~ The Supreme court is the most powerful and praised court in the United States and the supreme court obtains 9 justices. The Supreme court can not appeal their decisions to any other court under any circumstances. The Supreme court only chooses the cases that it feels is most important amongst the many other cases it receives to have the chance of being held in the U.S. Supreme Court room.  

How Are Supreme court cases decided?

1. By procedure: The U.S Supreme Court is very careful about making a decision on the main point of a case only if a can be decided based on a legal procedural point.
2. On the merits: Sometimes the Justices can't ignore the main part of a case and it decides a case based off of the Constitution.
3. Stare decisis: If a case is decided by the merits the Supreme Court does will not overturn previous cases unless the U.S  Supreme court feels that it is a right thing to do and take action.

Inside The U.S Supreme Court Library and it's Architecture

~ Being inside the U.S supreme court library was amazing and made my world. Since i love to read, it was an honor to visit and to be inside the library of the U.S Supreme Court. 

~ The architecture inside the library was phenomenal. The walls inside the library had  a unique design that no other library in a society obtains. 

~ The library is full of color which i love about it and the pictures on the ceilings are very abstract which really caught my attention to begin with and I love being in this library. 

Inside The U.S Supreme Court 

~ The engravings of the wall were very cool and I enjoyed really being able to experience seeing the paintings in person rather then on the internet where you can not see every detail in the engravings and or beautiful paintings that this library has to offer.

~ I just love the layout of the inside of the U.S supreme courthouse because it feels as if you are in a castle and you feel like a valuable person just by being inside the courthouse because it is so beautiful and the architecture is amazing.
